A Pirates Landing Rentals

All Properties Rules and Regulations

To all Guests of A Pirates Landing Rental Properties: 

 

  • Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. If we allow any pets, it will be on a case-by-case basis and it the exception is ever made Dogs, must be on leashes at ALL times. No more than one pet per rental unit. For the RV Park, no dog will be allowed to be leashed or fenced in or around the metered zones (where readable meters must be read by employees) as to prevent employees from reading meters. Aggressive dogs of any type or breed are NEVER/NOT allowed, all disruptive dogs will be banned and owners will automatically be asked to leave the property immediately.

 

  • Speed Limits: The Speed limit on all A Pirates Landing Rental Properties is 5 MPH with absolutely NO Exceptions.

 

  • ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING in any unit

 

  • NO FIREWORKS/ NO Burning of any type

 

  • RV Space/Guest Area must be kept maintained and clean with the occasional inspection by management and ownership. Guests must wash dishes prior to moveout, $150 Cleaning fee is required upon move out.

 

  • Outdoor areas must be kept clean, neat and orderly. No house furniture or appliances to be kept outdoors. No trash or debris. Only Barbecue Grills and our door Patio Furniture will ever be allowed outdoors. Any items that are not manufactured specifically to be outdoors will be considered debris or trash. Any Trash/Debris left outside will be considered trash cleanup and is an automatic forfeit of your deposit, No questions asked.

 

  • Limit of 2(two) vehicles per RV Space, Vehicles must be registered and in fully working order. Abandoned, non-working, and excessive vehicles will be towed that the owners expense; These include but are not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, and recreation vehicles.

 

  • Zero Tolerance: use of drugs, selling drugs, fighting of any kind, any type of disruptions; If the police have to be called you will be evicted with loss of all deposits and rental. NO Exceptions



 

  • Deposits ARE required. Deposit is $300 Per Unit; Any damage caused whether accidental or intentional will be an automatic loss of Deposit. Child Deposit is $350, Non-Refundable. Rent in FULL is due at 12 NOON, on FRIDAY, ever FRIDAY, of the month, if it is NOT paid in full on FRIDAY, Guest agreement will be null and void, you will be considered late and there is as $75 late fee PER DAY that will be assessed, all utilities will be shut off, Unit will be locked and contents secured; an additional $75 guest renewal fee will be incurred until your rent is paid in full. A Pirates Landing accepts cash, Venmo, Cash App; A $25 Processing Fee will be assessed on any and all digital payment methods such as Venmo, Cash App, ETC. Standard Daily Rate of $125 is the single nightly rate. Weekly Rental ends Thursday night of your week and Guest is expected to be moved out by 9am on Friday/moveout day. Any Days (after 9am)/Nights spent after Week ending on Thursday will be billed as a “Standard Daily Rate of $125” Per Day. Your Rent will be adjusted/pro-rated upon move in but does not get adjusted/pro-rated upon move out.

 

  • Guests agree to pay electric and or water as metered by existing meters. Guests agree to abide by the measurement of utilities as indicated on meter associated with their space and utility amounts are treated as rental amount total. Guests agree to pay $25 per night for Unauthorized/Non-Responsible Overnight Guests. 

 

There is a drop box located at the main office at 441 State Highway 188, Aransas Pass, Tx. 78336. Make sure all payments are payable to: A Pirates Landing, Please include the space/unit number/name to assure proper credit for your payment.

A 15- day notice with intent to leave or move out is required for deposit refund. Lot and rental property MUST be left clean with NO damage or debris. 

 

The only trash to be put in the dumpster is bagged household trash, it is your responsibility to dispose of any and all trash. Any garbage or trash cleanup by management will result in LOSS of Deposit.
